Faith in Business seeks to

affirm the role of business in God’s purposes

explore the application of Christian faith and values in business
Faith in Business achieves this by providing high quality theological resources and events at the intersection of business, faith, values and leadership.
Our aim is that these resources and events are thoughtful, well informed, imaginative and readily accessible. In doing so, they will encourage and equip Christian business people across the generations to be faithful disciples of Jesus, to serve society by working to the best of their God-given ability, and to grow in Christian wisdom and maturity as leaders. They also help church leaders who are ministering to them and with them.
This represents the distinctive role of Faith in Business amongst the many ‘faith and work’ organisations with whom we work constructively and productively.
Faith in Business does this mainly through the following activities

God on Monday weekly reflections delivered to your email Inbox in collaboration with Church of England’s Everyday Faith programme

Faith in Business Monthly online seminars on the first Thursday of most months. Topics tend to follow our annual Theme, with an invited speaker, Q & A and breakout groups

Faith in Business Quarterly journal with articles and reviews on a wide range of business-related topics, published in partnership with ICF (industrial Christian Fellowship)

Faith in Business Prayer for business people who meet quarterly online for prayer, and receive a regular prayer letter commenting on topical work-related events and suggesting ways of praying about them

Faith in Business Annual Retreat – a gathering of about 60 business people held in Spring each year in Cambridge, UK, for stimulus, fellowship, spiritual refreshment and inspiration around the year’s chosen Theme (eg Wellbeing, Purpose, Investment, Beauty).
In addition, our Director, Peter Heslam, along with our Trustees and Executive Team are frequently asked speak, write or contribute to events and resources hosted by other organisations.
About Us
Faith in Business is a not-for-profit organisation with a Board of Trustees. It is registered as a Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO) with the Charity Commission. We were founded in 1989 as the God on Monday project at Ridley Hall in Cambridge, and embarked life as an independent organisation in 2018.
We support, and are supported by, a network of lively Christians who are keen to live out their faith in the world of business. We encourage you to use the resources on our website, participate in our events, volunteer by joining our Board of Trustees or Executive Team, and joining our mailing list.
