Camelle ilona Daley
Camelle ilona Daley, the founder-CEO of
House of Ilona, is an entrepreneur, speaker, author, business coach and Christian creative. Her book
Finding Divine Flow reflects the wisdom she’s gained as a fashion industry professional, whilst also being a wife and mother. Camelle is passionate about serving others through business and about inspiring other creatives to launch and market their dreams.
Phil Staunton
Phil has over 15 years’ experience in supporting start-ups and SMEs to develop and launch innovative products onto the market. He specialises in the strategic planning of product development to minimise risk and maximise the possibilities for success. He founded D2M Innovation in 2013 and since then has grown the business to a medium-sized design consultancy using his passion for innovating creative solutions to both technical and business problems. Phil is also the co-founder of Ark, an innovative brand in the premium nursery sector.
Val King
Val is former owner and Managing Director of the Rooflight Company, a design and manufacturing business with 70 employees based in the Cotswolds. She and her husband Peter sold a majority shareholding of the business to employees in March 2019. Val is now a Trustee of the newly formed Employee Ownership Trust. The company’s three Guiding Principles are: a values-led culture, innovation, and long-term sustainability. Reflecting her faith in business, she has recently set up BFG (Business as a Force for Good) Associates. It helps business owners who are considering or transitioning to employee ownership.
Thomas Nobel
Thomas bought a small business providing assisted living in 1995, after twenty years in public accounting and five years leading a hospice programme. Later he founded a faith-based nonprofit assisted living provider, Baruch Senior Ministries. Both the business and the charity - with over fifty homes (2000 beds) combined - flourished. He recently retired from the for-profit world but continues the Baruch mission of honoring God by serving people as they age. Integrating faith and work, and seeking God’s purpose in all things, are at the centre of Tom’s life. He resides with his family in Grand Rapids (Michigan, USA).
